Talking Kitty Cat – Dogs Can’t Talk

In this episode, Sylvester the talking kitty cat is confronted about a speaker wire that was chewed up while Steve (Stevecash83) was at work. Sylvester denies any involvement. Steve then attempts to create a device that will allow Shelby (The Dog) to speak. Things do not go as planned. And flaggle claggle.
